You can't copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without our written permission. Game content is owned by the respective game providers and is subject to their licensing terms.
LuckyWins provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances outside our control.
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you have a remaining balance, we'll process a withdrawal to your verified payment method after completing any required checks.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, show signs of fraud or money laundering, or where we're required to do so by law or a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violations, we may withhold balances pending investigation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you reside. For Ontario players, disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution process established by iGaming Ontario.
